💚 🧠 Richmond Heights’ Peer 2 Peer Mental Health Awareness Group is working diligently to end the stigma that is often associated with mental health. Through their passionate efforts, they aim to create a supportive and understanding community where individuals feel empowered to seek help and support for their mental well-being. Follow along as we embark on a journey of sharing insightful facts and valuable advice brought to you by P2P. Together, we hope to foster a culture of openness and compassion within our school community. #RHSpartanPride 💙 If you or someone you know is struggling with thoughts of suicide, there is hope! Take a moment to save these numbers - support is just a phone call or text away. Remember: YOU matter, and you do not have to face this alone. 🫶 #RHSpartanPride

On this day in Black History... Hank Aaron "One of America's greatest baseball players, Henry Louis "Hank Aaron" was born February 5, 1934 in Mobile, Alabama. The baseball Hall of Famer held the Major League Baseball record 33 years with 755 career home runs. Nicknamed the "Hammer" or "Hammerin Hank", with his MLB record, it isn't difficult to figure how he got the nicknames. His professional career lasted from 1954 to 1976. Aaron spent the first 21 years with the Milwaukee/Atlanta Braves and the last two years with the Milwaukee Brewers. Aaron amidst racist death threats for getting ready to pass Babe Ruth’s home run record, broke the record with 715 home runs on April 8, 1974 for the Atlanta Braves in Atlanta Fulton County Stadium against the Los Angeles Dodgers. After his retirement, Aaron worked in the Front Office of the Atlanta Braves. Hank Aaron died on January 22, 2021 in Atlanta, Georgia." Credits...
