The City of Richmond Heights Recreation Department will renovate the 2 softball fields and the 1 baseball field starting September 25. The project should be completed in 5-6 weeks. The Richmond Heights City Recreation Director, Cameron Campbell, has asked the school district to pass along the message to all students and staff to please stay off all fields in the community park from October 2024 – March 2025. The reason for this project is to professionally laser grade the infield, reestablish the pitching mound & batter boxes, and reshape the infield lip. This project will also solve our drainage issue for all three fields.
